Ann Marie has been a dedicated member of the BMG team since its inception in 1999. Originally from Massachusetts – she is a 1988 graduate of Wheaton College. Ann Marie has spent her entire career in the insurance industry. Most recently, she has spearheaded the agency's concentration on employee benefit compliance and continues to create new and innovative ways to help our clients navigate the government's alphabet soup of regulatory laws, including the ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and more. She and her husband, Mike, are the proud parents of their three Ole Miss boys – Matthew, Jacob, and Cameron – and are delighted with their new additions to their family, granddaughters Madison, and Annabelle.

Before founding BMG in 1999, Robert gained many years of valuable experience in the employee benefits industry. He has served on advisory boards for many organizations, such as Lakeview Golf Course, the Briarwood Men's Association, Briarwood Country Club and the Mississippi Golf Association. He served as an advisory board member to Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi from 1998 until 2008, and has also been on the Mississippi State University Risk Management and Insurance Advisory Board. Robert and his wife, Linda, have a son, William, and a daughter, Margaret Ann. A diehard fan of Mississippi State athletics, Robert also enjoys a good game of golf in his free time.
